Upright Row with Your Waterrower :-)
Have a look at this exercise. Getting off the seat breaks up the workout nicely.
The upright row works your shoulder muscles. Make sure you keep your trapeze muscles relaxed, keeping the shoulders away from the earlobes.
Stay well grounded through the heels. Keep the chest out and bend the knees a little. Draw the belly in and have fun!
