Yesterday was a great day of catching up in San Diego. First, I went to IHRSA the International Convention of Fitness and met up with my Waterrower team.  Waterrower has grown tremendously.  They carry the Xeno Muller Signature Waterrower.  All Signature owners have access to over 50 fun rowing workouts lead by me.  They can watch them while rowing on their Waterrower.  Here are a few pictures of the event.  It was great visiting with Sid from Madrid, Les from Sydney, Bryan, Ryan, and Jamie, and fitness store managers and young athletes :-) Showing rowing to a young sportsman :-)...

The Kiwi Pair book, an awesome quote about being an exceptional rower.

Posted by Xeno Muller on

“Rowing is a sport that leaves no room for half measures, and has no place for any athlete who is not prepared to give everything they can. That commitment comes with sacrifice, but the trick is not to think of it as that. A champion rower does not acknowledge sacrifice; he or she only ever sees opportunity.”  Mental training is part of Elite Coaching.  Becoming the best in the world is the sum of a myriad of coaching details, strokes taken, and an ever evolving understanding of ones body and mind.  Link to the book on Amazon: http://a.co/5Q9mwB2
