School is slowly winding down. Take a deep breath and look forward to the next two and a half month. It is a great opportunity to be healthy and consistently train to get faster and mentally stronger.
Keep in touch with me. Remember to use notes that you stick on your wall, mirror, erg, that remind you of technical details that we work on. Triangle of power, skeletal hang, body over pauses, one leg rowing, changing drag around, use your HEX by Humon, watch your target heart rate, monitor your form in a mirror, be conscious about technique when you lift, let me know about booboos as well.
