Great live sessions this morning. Here are a couple things to think about when you train.
1. Look for symmetry, in the mirror, the handle to the track, the chain being fed and drawn out of the rowing machine.
2. Watch for premature small muscle contractions when the big muscles have the stage.
3. Listen to your body and do less if you feel slightly more tired than usual. In other words, listen to your body before it screams at you. Part of working out is to feel tired but refreshed as well!
