As school is in full swing, use its structured schedule to build your training rhythm.
1. Add mileage, even if it is only 1K extra per day. Multiply 1K by 7 and you can log an extra 7K per week, 28KM per month. If you do 5K on your own, that is a whopping 140KM per month. Row and log!
2. Log your mileage. Log your splits and your heart rates. Check your resting heart rate, watch your body weight.
3. Don’t shy away from doing leg curls, leg extension, lat pull downs, horizontal rows.
4. Make it a habit to see how low you can bring the splits at low stroke rates, feet out rowing.
Listen to your body and share with me your thoughts.
